We ship to the USA, including post office boxes and Military APO/AEs. Items will be delivered via USPS or FedEx, depending on the address and shipping options. Next Day and Second Day delivery are only available for orders within the USA.
TooTimid ships to Canada, as well. Orders typically take 1-2 weeks. You can view the shipping rates during checkout. Canadian customers are responsible for any additional customs charges or shipping fees that may be due upon arrival.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, you will NOT need to send it back to us. Within 30 days, contact our customer service department via email or phone. Let us know what the issue is and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. Yes, it really will be that easy.
